David Bennett: Change Happens

from The Frontier Beyond Fear · host Susan Larison Danz

Near death experience survivor David Bennett returns to the show to explore the purpose of change in our lives and how we can navigate through it in light of our spiritual paths. David's most recent book is A Voice as Old as Time: Contemplations for Spiritual Transformation. David's insights reach out to people in all walks of life and belief systems, assisting us to live more purposefully, more authentically, and more joyfully. David's own journey reflects astonishing transformation. Once a brash and adventurous ship chief engineer and diver, David drowned in a violent storm at sea and was technically dead. After meeting Beings of Light, experiencing a life review and glimpsing into his future, David miraculously returned to life, documenting his experiences in his previous book Voyage of Purpose: Spiritual Wisdom from Near-Death back to Life. David was later diagnosed with Stage IV lung and bone cancer so advanced that his spine collapsed. Miraculously, he survived once again.  David is now a public speaker who gives lectures often in the NDE community. His profoundly uplifting story has been featured on the The Story of God with Morgan Freeman, the Dr. Oz program, NBC, PBS, Coast to Coast AM and numerous broadcasts internationally. David has written many articles for popular publications and inspires people daily online.
