David Beretta Owens (Lithium/N8ive/Gimp/PitVirus)

Dave Owens was/is the frontman for Lithium from Cape Town, a band who's reunited more than once but who I never got to see very often - despite their being one of my biggest early musical influences. He went on to form incredibly diverse projects including acoustic rockers N8ive, the nu-metal inspired Gimp, and most recently, the metallic PitVirus (alongside members of Vulvodynia).
