David Bowie with Richard Oliver (Chasing Tone Podcast)

Ground control to Major Tom there’s a Starman waiting in the sky, he says his name is Ziggy Stardust and he thinks there’s life on mars, he also thinks that we can be heroes just for one day… ok I’ll stop I promise. In case you could not make sense of that rambling intro I’m joined by Chasing Tones very own Richard Oliver to talk about Ziggy Stardust himself David Bowie! Richard has been a long time fan of the enigmatic song writer, so we sat to unpack the reasons why. This conversation goes all over David’s incredible career, the legacy he left behind, first gigs, favourite cameos and so much more Make sure you check out Wampler Pedals as well as the Chasing Tone Podcast Wampler Pedals https://www.wamplerpedals.com/ Chasing Tone Podcast Spotify - https://open.spotify.com/show/0HXTrh9TGgjsnexDr4ji4h?si=4184ab675dde40d0 Apple - https://podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/chasing-tone-guitar-podcast-about-gear-effects-amps/id891802835 Amazon - https://music.amazon.co.uk/podcasts/71f45692-3174-4903-a464-08620df1e327/chasing-tone---guitar-podcast-about-gear-effects-amps-and-tone?ref=dmm_acq_mrn_ds_d_uk_z_-c_c_553461604207_g_117331121998&gclid=Cj0KCQiA-eeMBhCpARIsAAZfxZDYqJZmw1cnokzxpEnF5W9PCnb52r1KwLMH9SZCxFMBBA8paHa_nu0aAhwwEALw_wcB Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/chasingtonepodcast/?hl=en Twitter - https://twitter.com/chasingtonepod Facebook - https://www.facebook.com/ChasingTonePodcast/ Fandomentals Social Media Donate to the Podcast - https://ko-fi.com/fandomentalspodcast TeePublic Store - https://www.teepublic.com/stores/fandomentals-podcast?ref_id=25862 Twitter - https://twitter.com/fandomentalspod Instagram - https://instagram.com/fandomentalspod Email – [email protected] Artwork Designed by Alex Jenkins Website - www.hexdesigns.org Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/hexshadow Twitter - https://twitter.com/hexghosts Thank you for checking out this episode and be sure to subscribe for more content!
