David Creek

If you’re looking for a new backpacking adventure, the David Creek Trail in the East Pioneer Mountains is well worth a visit. The real attraction is the stunning Torrey Lake. On the way there, you’ll move through mixed forest and occasional wildflower-sprinkled meadows, never straying too far from the babbling of David Creek. The banks of the crystal-clear lake host several pristine campsites, and the rocky slopes of Tweedy Mountain, towering above the sapphire waters, offer lots of exciting scrambling if you’re in the mood for more adventure.
