from ACEP Frontline - Emergency Medicine

In 1987, they determined that there also needed to be political advocacy for the patient and started the Advocacy Conference in, Washington, DC. There were only a handful of participants at the first Advocacy Conference. Now, in the combined Leadership and Advocacy Conference (LAC) there are 500-600 attendees. Hear what the conference is about and why it’s so valuable to ACEP members and the patients you care for.
