David 'Freddie' Carr: Kiwi sailor on the start of the SailGP 2026 season

Black Foils sailor Louis Sinclair has had surgery on his right leg following injuries suffered during yesterday’s collision with France.  A statement from his team say the medical team are pleased with the results of the surgery and are positive about his ongoing recovery.  A comprehensive review of the incident is underway - which will be conducted in coordination with SailGP.
