David Kearney is a co-founder of Sigmoid Sports, an athlete management company, High Performance Centre and Sports Apparel company all built around performance. David joined us on the podcast this week to discuss his journey from player, to teaching pro, to Performance Director for the ILGU before taking the leap to join Rob Browne and create Sigmoid Sports. David has a really interesting perspective on what success looks like and what he believes should drive an athlete.
