David Luckin’s Electro Lounge Legacy | Jacksonville News

For 25 years, David Luckin has turned Electro Lounge into a sonic sanctuary—curating chillout vibes that’ve consistently ranked in the top ten. A vinyl collector since he was a kid, he’s now selling off his massive record stash while stepping back from some WJCT roles to dive deeper into vintage retail. Beyond music, he’s shaped Jacksonville’s radio landscape, helped launch jazz and classic hits channels, and produced local news. Listeners say his show saved them during tough times—and he sees himself as the lucky one sharing those moments. Still spinning old gems like The Rascals’ jazz-infused ’71 track, Luckin’s mission? Keep the magic alive, one Saturday night at a time. Listen in comfort:Get a discount on a Soli Pillow: http://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
