David Middleton: The Cable Guy

According to his coworkers in the Miami-Dade police department, David Middleton was a nice guy who took pride in his job. However, he used the power of the badge to fulfill his sexual desires. In 1990, he pulled up to a 16 year old girl on the street, giving her the false excuse that she was out past curfew. He then handcuffed her and told her he was taking her to a juvenile institution. But instead he took her to a secluded area and raped her. After he dropped her off, she alerted the police who quickly arrested him. However, the jury deadlocked on the rape charge. He was only convicted of false imprisonment, and given a five year sentence. After two years, he was released on parole and now he knew that in order to continue his sexual pursuits, he had to kill his next victim.
