Former Australian Test cricketer David Warner has been convicted of drink driving after attempting to swap seats with a passenger to avoid an RBT in Maroubra in April. The 39-year-old blew more than double the legal limit after consuming three white wines within 45 minutes on Easter Sunday, with his wife and children in the car.
