Davy Arnaud on Becoming My Best

Davy Arnaud played Major League Soccer (MLS) for 14 years.  Throughout his career Davy was known as a competitor who helped his teams make winning plays.  Today Davy is an assistant coach with the Houston Dynamo. In this episode Davy discusses his journey, some of the adversity he faced and how he interpreted that adversity, and his ability to keep fighting even when the odds were stacked against him.
