Welcome to Spiritually Fit Yoga!  This episode is Day 1 of 7 - 5 minute Meditation for Beginners!  Today's theme is OBSERVE. This week I will post a daily meditation to cultivate a daily meditation habit.  Each day I will take a few minutes to introduce the theme, then lead you through a simple 5 minute meditation.  I suggest considering a morning meditation practice because it's a powerful way to set the tone of your day, and feel free to choose what works best for you.  My intention is to offer this to you in a no-pressure, non-intimidating way.  I will guide you through setting up for meditation, and each day I will progressively talk less and less to very slowly increase the time for silent meditation.
