Believing in yourself is like planting a seed that doesn’t need to be watched in order to grow but does require maintenance. When you can state in truth with faith and knowing, that you believe in yourself how, can you nurture & maintain this belief? Through A C T I O N. Doing the Self Work only you know you need to do and that can look like showing up for yourself in new ways, trying new things &/ continuing with what you have, that works for you. If believing in yourself is the seed, how are you then, nurturing yourself to ensure positive growth? You are more powerful than you know & how you choose to wield your power is important.
