Day 138: Hannah dedicates Samuel to the Lord | Jesus does miracles by God's authority

Hannah, deeply distressed by her inability to have children, fervently prays to God for a son and promises to dedicate him to the Lord's service. God hears her prayer, and she gives birth to Samuel, whom she brings to the temple to serve under Eli the priest.
