Day 147: Setting a Schedule (like a crazy person)

Today was one of those days where everything went according to schedule. For the most part. Last week my coach encouraged me to set a schedule and get better with time blocking. And finally today I had that schedule lined out and I got everything done that I wanted to get done. I spent so much time on the phone but having the schedule made sure that I was aligned and made sure that I was spending my time on the right things. I used to schedule everything like a crazy person and then it just got so overwhelming. I think I was sick for a week and then, I quit doing it and then it was hard to get back on it. But it gives me confidence that I'll be able to keep doing this and keep up.
