Center + Soul is a 31-day journey inward to center, awaken, and rise. Is your heart open? The highest vibration is love, is God, is Spirit, is Universe.  So, when we tune to love, and we allow ourselves the opportunity to be loving and kind to ourselves and others there is nothing better. Action item for today:·      Take a few minutes to imagine a beautiful green light pouring in to your chest, surrounding your heart, and then filling your heart. And as it does, you visualize a rose opening its petals. Unfurling a thousand petals and in the middle is you.
