So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget:Today’s quote is from Jacob Braude, and it is: Behave like a duck — keep calm and unruffled on the surface but paddle like crazy underneath.Be StillOne sign of maturity is to remain calm when you are in the midst of the storms of life. The wind may buffet you, and the rain may soak you, but like the duck in our quote today, maturity will allow it to roll off your back more quickly. Your mind may be racing and your stomach in jitters, but you can filter it enough where you handle what is within your control, and let God give you wisdom on managing the remainder within His time and through His provisions. Of course, God expects us to do what we can with the abilities He has given to us, but for everything else, we need to be in prayer that He will guide our steps.
