Today's theme: Be willing to surrender to love in lieu of Fear. Tell fear you are willing to listen to its gripe, concerns, without bounding yourself to it. Remember to tell fear as we stated yesterday on day 1 to be the passenger of the bus, not the driver. Breathe in deeply. I encourage nasal breathing, unlike the book.
