    Today’s theme is about being willing to change our mindset towards money. Just allowing ourselves to have an open heart an open mind to the concept of changing our view, changing our perspective towards money. Whether you have a fearful-based projection towards money or not today is just, a day of allowing yourself to be receptive to see do you or do you not have a fearful base projection when it comes to money and how deeply rooted it may be within the body.     Week 4: RELATIONSHIPS: Mindfulness Mindset Challenge shift

    This week we will be working on bringing the lessons we learned about ourselves developing and cultivating a loving communicative relationship with our bodies and adding those lessons when interacting with others.     Day 20: Mindfulness mindset shift Challenge

    We are almost halfway there to the end of our 40/42 day journey. Woohoo!! Checking in. How are we feeling? Today we go deeper. You ARE SO MUCH MORE THAN A PHYSICAL BEING. We have an an opportunity today to do some non-dominant writing. Non-dominant writing allows the subconscious mind to really step forward and walk you through whatever implicit messages are being said in the background. Dominant writing connects us to our logic sense of ourselves. Non-dominant writing allows us to go to the creative side of ourselves because it’s more difficult and we need more concentration to write with the non-dominant side. It’s not only art therapy. It’s science. Try it out experiment and see if it works for you. We also embrace the full moon.     Today we read the introduction for Week 3 in our mindset shift challenge.     Today's theme: Be willing to surrender to love in lieu of Fear. Tell fear you are willing to listen to its gripe, concerns, without bounding yourself to it. Remember to tell fear as we stated yesterday on day 1 to be the passenger of the bus, not the driver. Breathe in deeply. I encourage nasal breathing, unlike the book.
