Day 21 - Divine Destiny

Day 21 starts the last 10 days of Ramadan which focuses on salvation from hell's fire and divine destiny.Transcript:The last ten days focus on Al-Qadr (Divine destiny). These last days are the most holy of Ramadan as they commemorate when the Angel Gabriel first brought Muhammad the revelation of Islam. Prayers during these nights multiply 1000x more than at other times, with the odd numbers (21,23,35,27,29) thought to be extra holy. For example -the 21st commemorates the deaths of Moses and Joshua, as well as the miraculous ascension of Isa Al Mesih before he was crucified. Let’s pray for Muslims to have the eyes of their hearts opened these final days of Ramadan and for the truth of Jesus and his sacrificial death to be revealed to man. Father, we praise you for your power and your mercy. You are the God who has both made all that lives and moves and breathes and you are the one who calls us to repentance and fullness of life. We pray for Muslims today that they would hear that call and would follow it Home. You say to come, all who thirst to drink from your water, and for the one who has no money, to come and eat at your table. We cry this out on behalf of Muslims today, that as they near the end of this fast that there would be that kind of longing and hunger for a God who comes and satisfies them with his own body and from his own table. Jesus, thank you for brining us to your table, would you be pleased to fill it with our Muslim cousins now. We pray this in Jesus’ Name.
