Center + Soul is a 31-day journey inward to center, awaken, and rise. When you think of the cosmos, do you think of the color purple? Opening the energy center at the crown of your head, allows divine energy to flow through your more freely and strengths your spirituality, your connection to God/Universe/Spirit. Action item for today:·      Spend a few minutes focusing your attention and energy on the crown of your head, imagining a beautifully purple light streaming in. See if you are able to feel a tingling sensation or maybe some heat.
