The ill-conceived fundraising event in Cleveland in 1986 that released over 1.4 million balloons into the sky and was immediately deemed to be a self-inflicted, man-made disaster? Neither does Bailey, the collective consciousness of approximately 5000 of those original balloons. Apparently, it takes several weeks for a balloon consciousness to form. But he's seen the footage of his "birth" I guess we'll call it?Anyway, on his life's journey to find and regroup with the other balloons from that day, he comes upon two sad sacks stranded on a tiny island...Bailey is performed by Waleed Mansour.Waleed is a comedian and artist in Los Angeles.
