DAY 25 Center + Soul [Ep. 175]

Center + Soul is a 31-day journey inward to center, awaken, and rise. What does your inner wisdom say, for real? You can meditate in appreciation and passively benefit from raising your vibration. You can also meditate actively and ask a question either before you start or gently once you find that sweet spot, the calm in your mind, and then wait to receive the answer. Action item for today:·      Sit for a few minutes and clear your mind if you can or tune out the noise, then gently ask a question. What do I need to hear today? What would my highest-self want me to know. Let the answers come. Don't force them. And sometimes wisdom is felt rather than heard.
