Center + Soul is a 31-day journey inward to center, awaken, and rise. Do you ever find forgiveness confusing or frustrating? Forgiveness is one of the most healing and transformative practices. It clears energetic heaviness and creates space for peace.  It's about freeing yourself from the emotional weight of resentment, guilt, or pain. Action item for today:·      Make a list of bad memories you can't let go of. Don't go into detail, just write, that time when… one line per memory. And then go back through the list, and one by one, take a deep breath in and out, read the line you wrote and repeat. I forgive you. I'm sorry. Thank you. I release this now and set myself free.
