Day 3 at Wimbledon 2025: Keys & Osaka cruise into 3rd round, while Diallo bows out in match of the day

We had rain on Day 3 at the Championships which caused a slight delay to proceedings. When play did begin, Madison Keys wasted no time against Olga Danilovic, winning in straight sets. Naomi Osaka also secured an impressive straight-sets win over last year’s ladies doubles champion Katerina Siniakova.Felix Auger-Aliassime took the first set against Jan-Lennard Struff before the German secured the second. Their match, tied at one-set-all, was suspended due to bad light and will resume on Day 4.Elsewhere, last year’s runner-up and this year’s fourth seed Jasmine Paolini fell in three sets.
