DAY 4 JUMP: Commanders Offense Scores Eight While Defense Answers

Washington Commanders training camp Day 4 delivered the offense’s best scoring output yet, with eight touchdowns across multiple quarterbacks, receivers and tight ends, but the defense still made it a fight. Jayden Daniels threw three touchdowns, Terry McLaurin and Antonio Williams each scored twice, and Chig Okonkwo, Jaylin Lane, Colson Yankoff and Lawrence Cager joined the scoring log. The pass rush kept creating problems through Sonny Styles, K’Lavon Chaisson, Javontae Jean-Baptiste and the interior group, while Mike Sainristil’s late breakups and Ale Kaho’s two-point stop kept the situational work contested.
