Day 4 - The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly

So today I got off to a good start. I did take some of my medication, but I had taken a much lower dosage. I was able to be somewhat productive, but I also decided to be easy on myself and not judge if I didn’t get as much done as I wanted to. That kind of went downhill when I got into an argument with my mom. Overall, I’m feeling hopeful, but this little argument did hurt my self-esteem.
