Sunday has this interesting quality where it can feel like two completely different days depending on your headspace. Sometimes it's this quiet sanctuary. Other times it shows up wearing the costume of Monday's anxious older sibling. You might wake up thinking about rest and then suddenly find yourself mentally rehearsing conversations you'll have three days from now. Your brain starts pre-loading next week like it's trying to buffer a video on slow internet.
