Day 6 Social Media Sabbatical Produce Do Not Consume

Wow! 6 Days strong, fasting from social media.Everyone is asking, when I will return back on and that I am missing a lot. I gave a warning way before time and may only be on for a day or two and take another few days off social media.When I am on social media, I use it as a research tool and to connect/stay informed with my network. I know many times we could get caught up in the endless scroll and overly consume what is on social media. If anyone is a content creator as myself, it is important to be more of a producer of the content than a consumer of the content.The question stands, are you a producer or a consumer?
