Day 60: Daily Goodwill

First day of March. First day of a new month. There's something about flipping the calendar that makes us want to flip our whole life too. Like today's the day we finally become that person who meal preps and responds to texts within 24 hours. But here's what usually happens. We set up these big fresh-start plans. And by Tuesday we're already behind. Then we feel worse than if we'd never started at all. The calendar changed. You're still you. And that's actually good news.
