What is Resilience, and why would you, as a TA, want to build up this characteristic?Well, resilience is defined as, "the capacity to withstand or to recover quickly from difficulties; toughness." Sounds like a valuable characteristic to develop when you are your own business, right? And, the travel industry has its ups and downs, like any industry.Furthermore, you won't be duped into giving "gurus" all of your earnings to be told, "Do it my way!"
