故事从那年夏天开始。当时我们住在乡村的一幢房子里，隔着河流和平原，可以看得见远处的高山。河床里铺满了鹅卵石和大的圆石，阳光下白得闪闪发光；河水清澈，流速很快，水深的地方呈现一种静谧的幽蓝色。部队就从我们的房子旁边经过，上了大路，到处尘土飞扬，连树叶和树干上都落满了尘埃。那年秋天似乎来得较早，树叶都提前飘落。我们看着浩浩荡荡的队伍在路上激起漫天尘土，微风中树叶纷纷落下，部队过后，空荡荡的路上堆满了落叶。——节选自《永别了武器》
