This is Day 700 of our trek, and it is time for a 3-minute mini-trek called Wisdom Unplugged. This short nugget of wisdom includes an inspirational quote with a little additional content for today’s trek. Consider this your vitamin supplement of wisdom for today. So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget. Today’s quote is from M.H. McKee, and it is, “Wisdom is knowing what path to take next&#8230;Integrity is taking it.” It is hard to believe that we have been on this trek together for 700 days now. Life continues to rush on, but all we need is consistent persistence to make an impact on our world. One day at a time, one trek at a time, one step at a time. If we continue, we will persevere. As we take each step, they will connect together to our daily trek. Each day connects to the next to make up our lives. Each day is important, and although we may not see a lot of progress made each day, as they do connect together, we can look back to see that path that we have trekked. As we look forward with wisdom, we will know which path to take next. The key is to have integrity that is part of the very fabric of our lives. When we approach paths that may be difficult for us to take, our integrity will give us the strength to take the correct path each time.
