Day 780 – God Is Faithful – Wisdom Unplugged

Wisdom-Trek / Creating a Legacy Welcome to Day 780 of our Wisdom-Trek, and thank you for joining me. This is Guthrie Chamberlain, Your Guide to Wisdom God Is Faithful – Wisdom Unplugged Thank you for joining us for our 5 days per week wisdom and legacy building podcast. This is Day 780 of our trek, and it is time for a 3-minute mini-trek called Wisdom Unplugged. Due to a heavy travel and activity-filled schedule for the next three weeks, our Wisdom-Trek episodes will be shorter so that I can pre-record them. As we continue in this new year, I thought it would be good to invest this time discovering God and His key attributes. Yesterday we explored that God Is Merciful. Today’s attribute is… God Is Faithful Because God is faithful…I will trust Him to always keep His promises. “O Lord God of Heaven’s armies! Where is there anyone as mighty as you, O Lord? You are entirely faithful,” Psalm 89:8. God is faithful to help you in your need. He will never fail you! He is reliable. He is trustworthy. Your holy and loving God is faithful! God is faithful to forgive you even when you are unfaithful. Because you are still in a body of flesh, you have a tendency be unfaithful. How encouraging it is to remember God’s promise, “If we are unfaithful, He remains faithful, for He cannot deny Himself,” 2 Timothy [2:13]. God is faithful to protect you from temptation. Remember, when you are tempted, do not focus on the attractiveness of the temptation, but on God’s faithfulness to rescue you from that situation. God is always faithful to keep His promises. He is ready and able to deliver all He has promised. Faithfulness is at the heart of all that God is and does. His truthfulness, holiness, love, righteousness, and other attributes ensure His faithfulness. He is incapable of being otherwise. “God can be trusted to keep His promise,” Hebrews [10:23].
