The anger, envy, and exhaustion we feel in the present often echo the helplessness of the past. But God, in His mercy, connects the now to the then—not to condemn us, but to free us. He reveals how our present irritations trace back to old vows, control patterns, and wounds. Abiding development doesn’t suppress frustration—it brings it to the Father, letting His Spirit transform the survival patterns that once ruled us.
