Proverbs 9- Wisdom builds her house, prepares a feast, and invites the simple to come, eat, and gain insight for a better life.- Folly mimics wisdom's call but leads the naive to death through secret pleasures.Psalms 41-45- Psalm 41: Blessing comes to those who care for the weak; David prays for mercy amid betrayal and illness, trusting God's upholding.- Psalm 42: The psalmist longs deeply for God like a deer for water, amid distress and taunting, yet urges his soul to hope in God.- Psalm 43: A plea for vindication and guidance by God's light to His dwelling, ending with hope in God despite downcast soul.- Psalm 44: Recalls God's past victories for Israel, laments current defeat and shame despite faithfulness, and cries for awakening and redemption.- Psalm 45: A royal wedding song praising the majestic, righteous king and beautiful bride, foretelling eternal praise for his name.
