A: George, may I talk with you for a minute?       B: Sure. What's on your mind?     A: Hmmm...nothing, really. Hey! Nice weather today, isn't it?  B: Come on! Don't beat about the bush. Just tell me what's on your mind! Day 98 I'm low on gas. A: Did you forget to check the gas?      B: Oh, I'm low on gas. I've got to refill the tank. A: Well, there's a gas station across the street and it's not too expensive. About $1.19 per gallon for the mid-grade.       B: Let's try that. (B parks the car by the gas pump.) Oh, that's great! The pump is out of order. A: Looks like we've been followed by bad luck all day long.       B: Oh, come on. Let's try another pump. No big deal!  Day 99 She really turns me off. A: So, how is your new roommate?      B: She really turns me off.      A: What happened?       B: She's always making loud noises at midnight and when I remind her, she always makes rude remarks.  A: Why don't you have a heart-to-heart chat with her?    B: I tried, but it didn't work. A: But how many times did you try?    B: At least three times. I guess I'm going to complain to the manager. I hope she can be evicted.  Day 100 I thought I could make a right turn on red here. A: Excuse me, sir. Didn't you see the red light?   B: Oh, I thought I could make a right turn on red here. A: No, sir. The sign says "No Turn on Red." B: Oh, I guess I didn't see it. A: I'm sorry, sir, but may I see your driver's license and insurance policy, please? I have to give you a ticket. B: Here they are. A: Sign here, please. You can appeal to the court within 14 days. This slip has all the information you need. Please drive safely, sir.    B: Thank you, Ma'am. Day 101 I'm sick and tired of restaurant food. A: How often do you eat out, Shelly? B: Well, very often. I eat out almost five times a week. A: Wow, I really envy you. B: Don't envy me. It's for business. In fact, I'm sick and tired of restaurant food.
