When you become a leader, success is all about growing others.” Growing Yourself and Growing Others If you desire to be a leader and successful, then you must first work on growing and improving yourself.  Once you have gained the wisdom, insight, and maturity by growing yourself, then you start to become a type of person who can lead others.  Once you are in a place of leadership, in order to continue to be successful and have others follow, you must assist others in their growth. With this realization, as you foster growth in others, you will continue on your path of overall success in your life by helping others become successful also. Don’t pursue honor and recognition for yourself, but for those whom you are leading. When they receive honor and recognition, then it will also reflect on you through them.
