This is Day 975 of our trek, and it is time for a 3-minute mini-trek called Wisdom Unplugged.  Thank you for joining me on this trek called life. This short nugget of wisdom includes an inspirational quote with a little bit of additional content for today’s trek. Consider this your vitamin supplement of wisdom for today. So let’s jump right in with today’s nugget. Today’s quote is from Rick Beneteau, and it is, “Behind every success is a succession of failures.” Behind Every Success When we observe the success that some people have achieved, we do not see the entire picture. It appears that successful people are just in the right place at the right time.  While there is a timing factor involved, success is primarily based on the fact that a person has prepared over many years and persevered through many failures.  This allows them to be ready and take advantage of opportunities when they became available. I do not know of any person who has achieved success in any area of life without going through many obstacles and failures from which they have learned and applied that knowledge to. If you desire to be successful in life, then you must be willing to have failures, hardships, and obstacles in order to achieve a level of success. If you are not willing to persevere during the difficult times, then don’t expect success in your life.
