Day Six of the 12 Days of Christmas

You were at risk from the day you were born, you’re at risk when you got out of bed this morning when you drove to work and when you ate that bagel this morning. From the day you were born the world has been trying to kill you. As a leader we need to embrace risk we need to accept risks. People fall into three categories when it comes to accomplishing something great. 1. They don’t know how to do it 2. They are afraid. 3. They want permission. Which one are you? The world gave you permission the day you were born.
