DAY TWENTY-THREE April Mindful Minutes challenge:SETTLE INTO STILLNESS (23 minutes)Congratulations! You’re in the final week of the April Mindful Minutes challenge!  It’s time to level-up and experience longer periods of silence to truly practice cultivating a meditative state of mind.  I started you with baby steps with ONE MINUTE on Day One, leading you in “high guidance” mindfulness sessions. The meditations slowly got longer with “medium guidance” where I slowly lengthened the periods of silent meditation.  Now this week I am introducing TWO 10-minute stretches of silence with a brief intermission. You will hear the sound of bells, my voice, then I’ll guide you back into the second 10-minutes of silent meditation. Days 23-25 will be the same giving you the opportunity to practice these longer silent meditations.  The only difference being each day getting one minute longer.  CHECK-IN: Before and after each practice I will invite you to check in and rate your stress level from 0 - 5.  Note if the number changed after your meditation.0 = low5 = highLet me know what your experience during this meditation.  I really want to know how it’s going for you!⁠⁠Follow along daily for 30 days to create a meditation habit. ⁠⁠⁠⁠ Start anytime!
