翻译过来就是“鞑靼牛排”，是一种西餐，貌似是德国菜？法国也有。听名字似乎是一种很好吃的、具有蒙古风情的牛排，貌似在西餐店常见的黑椒牛排？其实不是。普通牛排一般侍者会问你要几成熟的，但是鞑靼牛排其实是全生的。生牛肉，切粒或剁泥，加上什么迷迭香、芥末一类的香料，配合生鸡蛋一起吃。因为口味太重，本人没有尝试过，所以味道和口感方面不好胡说，但听说口感很好，听说这道菜在西方国家很常见且很受欢迎。最近刚看了一部让雷诺主演的法国片《三星大厨》，其中2分21秒有一个鞑靼牛排的镜头。可以去看一下。
