Activities on Christmas DayWhat are the activities we are supposed to do before Christmas or during this whole season?在圣诞节期间我们会有哪些活动呢？Outdoor activities.室外活动Ice Skating 滑冰When you go ice skating, you are supposed to skate on ice, mostly on frozen lake.人们一般会在结冰的湖面上进行滑冰。But in cities the place we would go ice skating is Ice skating Rink.不过在城市里，我们一般会选择滑冰场进行滑冰。In Northern Cities of China. Like Harbin, Beijing, when lakes got frozen, people also go ice skating. 在中国北方，比如哈尔滨，北京，当湖面结冰时，也会有滑冰活动。The Chinese Sleigh: People just sit on a chair and go with two sticks. That’s the only Chinese Style thing.中国式雪橇：人们坐在椅子上，利用两根棍子助力前行，这是中国的特色。Language Focus 语言焦点：Skate /skeɪt/滑冰eg.
