Tate solicits the help of his father, Brady Black (Eric Martsolf), to gather evidence against Sophia. Meanwhile, Sophia, under the orders of Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk), targets Johnny for retaliation against EJ DiMera (Dan Feuerriegel) involving her daughter, Rachel Blake (Lorelei Olivia Mote).  DOOL spoilers indicate that Tate successfully retrieves Sophia's fingerprints and awaits the results from the police, hoping they will match those found on Holly's supplement bottle. Sophia, who has been at odds with Holly (Ashley Puzemis) since high school, had previously swapped Holly's supplements with her psychiatric medications, leading to Holly's mental breakdown.  Spoilers for Days of our Lives suggest that Sophia's malicious actions have not only affected Holly but also Tate, who was drugged, and Rachel, who was sent back to Bayview as the initial suspect in the supplement swap. Despite Tate's warnings to Sophia to stay away from Holly, Sophia continues to play the victim and denies the allegations.  More DOOL spoilers indicate that Kristen, who is working with Xander Cook (Paul Telfer) and has offered a deal to Rafe Hernandez (Galen Gering), is determined to bring EJ down. She instructs Sophia to quickly and quietly execute Johnny while his sister Chanel (Raven Bowens) is away. However, Sophia's anxiety and Tate's persistence in tracking her might disrupt her plans.
