Dazz

Taken from: Time Capsule - Beat Compilation Vol: 01 We now officially present the first original score for pasteelo. All artists on the compilation are dedicated beatmakers/producers who have all made their mark on the Copenhagen beat scene - each with their own unique sound and technique, either sample-based beats or beats crafted on live instruments. Common to all of them is the dedication to creating organic soundscapes driven by passion and love for the culture - regardless of whether it's built on the foundation of boom bap or in more self-expressive directions. Several of the beats have been stored on samplers, beat machines and hard drives for years - these machines are in a sense like time capsules, containing data based on creative thoughts and sounds from a certain time in space.. but the fact is that these sounds remain fresh and sparkling new until someone exports them. That's basically what we've done - unlocked the chambers of hidden gems and cut it onto vinyl. Past, present and future - this is the Time Capsule. A testimony to a movement that never goes out of style.. at least in our part of the galaxy! We are honored to collaborate with the cream of the crop of Danish beatmakers: FOU FLOWERS, ADAM KAY, LORD AKTON, FLOPPYKAT, TERRY TESTER, FENGSFIVE, HANSSOLO, PHRESH PHLAVOUR, JABAR LIGLA, OTESLA, IKACO, BOBOTRON, JONAS COOK, SHATTER HANDS, SOFA T, SCRATCHMAGIC, CONTEXT, FEDE POUL & LORD LOOPITAH.
