Sergeant Major Mike Vining US Army Retired is a Vietnam and Gulf War Veteran. The first Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) specialist in Delta Force. He served in the 99th Ordnance Detachment, 63rd Ordnance Detachment, and the 176th Ordnance Detachment. He has a Bachelor of Science from The Regents College of the University of the State of New York.
