Jag har under alla mina år som tränare och sportchef fascinerats av starka sportsliga system och organisationer som är där uppe år efter år. Klubbar som Manchester United, Chicago Bulls och Detroit Red Wings har varit stora inspirationskällor för mig genom åren. Jag har alltid drivits av att få vara en del av ett starkt och fungerande system. Fascinerats av uppbyggnaden av systemet och vad nycklarna till att år efter år ha en nyfikenhet, ett driv, en stark kontinuitet och en inre och yttre tydlighet. Jag kan inte komma på en bättre förebild i dagens hockeySverige när det kommer till att etablera och bibehålla ett system, tydlighet och uppnå många och stora framgångar än Växjö Lakers.
