DBZ Breakdown: Saiyan Saga

We final start our breakdown series. Following the intro of the DBZ breakdown. We start with the first season/saga which is the Saiyan Saga. Not only is this the beginning of most American journey with the Z fighters, it's also the beginning of the memes we now see and talk about today. During this breakdown we go through the story breaking it into essentially three parts. The arrival of Raditz, the training arc of the Z fighters, and finishing it off with the arrival and battle between Nappa and Vegeta. As we go through we bring up questions that we feel don't get answered or explain. As well as a few hypothetical ideas. Remember these breakdowns are not based off interviews with the creator themselves. So it's not what they were intending the audience to think or how it should be interpreted. Instead it is about how we interpret it and what really made us like or dislike about the anime. We hope you enjoy this episode.
