Judge John Bates; a long-serving federal district court judge in Washington DC ruled that Donald Trump's executive order punishing the law firm Jenner & Block was not only unconstitutional, but that Trump's actions were "doubly violative of the Constitution".Notably, Bates (who was appointed to the federal bench by President George W.
