DCASE brings YAS! Fest, a youth arts showcase to Chicago

Mayor Emanuel and the Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events (DCASE) are launching a day-long YAS! Fest, happening on Saturday, September 22. The event will feature the work of thousands of Chicago's most promising artists - dance, visual art, spoken word, music, and it's free and open to the public. Mark Kelly, the Commissioner of Chicago's Department of Cultural Affairs and Special Events, and youth performers Vincent Molden and Nia Parke joined Jill Hopkins on The Morning AMp to talk about the festivities.
